For the stitch pattern, wherever you read SKPO it should say SK2PO - slip one, knit two stitches together, then pass the slipped stitch over.

So the correct version reads:

WORK IN PATTERN

Row 1 K3, (yfwd, SK2PO, yfwd, K1) to last st, K1.

Row 2 P1, (K1, P3) to last 3 sts, K3.

Row 3 K5, (yfwd, SK2PO, yfwd, K1) to last 3 sts, K3.

Row 4 P3, (K1, P3) to last 5 sts, K1, P1, K3.

These 4 rows form pattern.

The charts for this pattern were missing the starting point for the size 12 body.

When you're knitting a size 12 garment and come to chart A, please start from Row 3, the same row as body sizes 8 and 10.

With Simply Knitting Issue 81 we published an extra pattern for a cowl as a free gift. The pattern included a few small errors.

In our Quick & Easy Knits section for Simply Knitting issue 78 we published a pattern for some button-up leg warmers by Elizabeth Jarvis.

We made a mistake and stated that the pattern requires 100g of King Cole Merino Blend DK, when in fact it uses 200g of yarn.
