The correct chart for the 'Simple Pleasures' jumper.There is an error in the chart for this pattern. Here is the correct chart.

'Glam Rock', issue 90

A brown haired lady in a dark blue mesh jumper.For the stitch pattern, wherever you read SKPO it should say SK2PO - slip one, knit two stitches together, then pass the slipped stitch over.

So the correct version reads:

WORK IN PATTERN

Row 1 K3, (yfwd, SK2PO, yfwd, K1) to last st, K1.

Row 2 P1, (K1, P3) to last 3 sts, K3.

Row 3 K5, (yfwd, SK2PO, yfwd, K1) to last 3 sts, K3.

Row 4 P3, (K1, P3) to last 5 sts, K1, P1, K3.

These 4 rows form pattern.

Errata for Simply Knitting 89

 

A Hint of Sparkle mitten knitting patternIn the ‘A Hint of Sparkle’ pattern for the blue mittens pattern in the Hats & Mitts booklet that came with Simply Knitting issue 89 we said 3.75mm needles  in the ‘You will need’ section, and 4mm needles in the pattern. Sorry about that! 

The correct needle size is 4mm.

 

Errata, Land Girl, issue 87

A longline cream cable cardiganThe charts for this pattern were missing the starting point for the size 12 body.

 

When you're knitting a size 12 garment and come to chart A, please start from Row 3, the same row as body sizes 8 and 10.

Errata Simply Knitting issue 78: Button-up leg warmers

skm78.buttonuplegwarmers.jpg In our Quick & Easy Knits section for Simply Knitting issue 78 we published a pattern for some button-up leg warmers by Elizabeth Jarvis.

We made a mistake and stated that the pattern requires 100g of King Cole Merino Blend DK, when in fact it uses 200g of yarn.
