Have you ever wondered what your town would look like knitted? It’s not necessarily something we’d freely admit to in non-knitting company, but us too!

So we’re a little bit jealous of the residents of Darlington, who now have their very own Wool Town. 

Devised by local textile artist Becky Sunter, The Wool Town project brought together the town’s knitters to create a three-dimensional wall hanging. Becky encouraged volunteers to knit the buildings and landmarks they're passionate about.
