The event takes place in the Jubilee Gardens in front of the London Eye, so you’re guaranteed amazing views while knitting!

We really want you to get involved with this, so as an added incentive we are donating annual subscription to both Simply Knitting and The Knitter to Stitch London for a raffle raising funds for Médecins Sans Frontières (Doctors without Borders).

Stitch London Stitch Crawl 2012 logoThe event kicks off with a massive picnic at midday (bring your own food, drink and knitting), and will feature workshops and talks from the likes of Mr X StitchMomtaz Begum-HossainDeadly Knitshade and Sarah P Corbett of the Craftivist Collective.

Your chance to win a magazine subscription to Simply Knitting or The Knitter, as well as a mass of other prizes, will come with the aptly named Really Rather Marvellous Raffle.

Plus it's all in a the name of a fantastic cause, raising money for Médecins Sans Frontières aka Doctors Without Borders.

So sunshine (hopefully), good food, good conversation, good knitting and lots of crafting inspiration. What’s not to like?
