Judy’s blog – Colinette's cute and cosy patterns to download

I’m all about convenience, me, and if I can spend the day working  at home in my PJs, I generally will. So I truly adore the convenience of having everything I need at my fingertips.

Which is why a recent email from Colinette Yarns caught my eye.

Colinette Yarns Caramel Scarf

The Wales-based yarn producer has, for the very first time, developed a range of online patterns available to purchase at the click of a mouse and downloadable in the time it takes the kettle to boil. How easy is that?

Colinette Yarns Seabreeze SnoodThere’s an excellent selection of late summer garments in Colinette’s pretty hand-dyed Giotto, Banyan and Art yarns, plus some really cute autumn accessories designed to be knitted with Colinette Point 5, Calligraphy and One Zero yarns.

Perhaps it’s the promise of head-clearing walks as the leaves turn gold, but I’m finding myself particularly drawn to the cosy Caramel Scarf, shown above, and the uber-snuggly Sea-breeze Snood, shown left. Gorgeous, and just the kind of things I can see myself flouncing around the house in as winter begins to set in!

The full range of patterns are available to download as PDF files from the Colinette website, www.colinette.com/categories/download, costing between £2 and £3 each.
