Daniel from Cucumberpatch lets us know what’s happening at the knitting suppliers.
Things are good here, just as we would expect moving into Autumn/Winter, though what happened to that lovely Indian summer?
The weather seasons certainly do seem to have shifted, I think somebody will have to think of a new name instead of summer or maybe we should now just think along the lines of spring and winter, end of. The sheep will not mind though!
Cucumberpatch are certainly ready for the winter, with loads of new season yarns and design releases from the main suppliers already in stock. Plus we have over twenty different scarf kit options for you too choose between, ideal for yourself, or for a friend as a Christmas (or even pre-Christmas!) gift.
All the scarf kits each comprise are single ball or hank with enough yarn to make and the pattern either supplied with the yarn or on the ball band. The yarn options include Katia Ondas, Aloha, Sfera, Triana, Triana Lux, Tul, Park Avenue, Evita Merino, Kimbo, Rizos; Hanne Falkenberg Lascala; Rowan Creation and Kidsilk Stripe; Wendy Frills, RMC Frilly and Rainbow Bravo; Rico Can Can, Can Can Glitz and Big Moment, as well as Sirdar Salsa.
My personal favourite scarf yarn? Without a doubt, Triana Lux or Katia Park Avenue. And of course we have lots of Cucumberpatch yarn bargains!
